Message from Our President
Welcome to the website of the League of Women Voters of Harford County. We hope to contribute to your understanding of the issues currently before the public. The information contained herein will be of interest to you as a citizen and as a voter.
We serve our community by registering local citizens to vote and giving testimony to the County Council. We also assist the local Board of Elections by performing polling place evaluations, as required by the State of Maryland.
We are proud of the League's history of voter education and enfranchisement.
We like to say that the League of Women Voters is the organization where hands-on work to safeguard democracy leads to civic improvement.
